Participant Biographies

Paul McLaughlin

Paul McLaughlin is the Director of System Architecture for Honeywell Process Solutions, leading a global Architecture team . Paul holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania for Computer Information Science, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Paul has almost 30 years of experience in industrial automation working at both Honeywell Process Solutions and Leeds and Northrup. His experience includes both senior architecture and design projects, as well as departmental management of a 125 person design center.

Paul’s significant design projects include lead HPS architect for ExperionPKS™, lead HPS architect for OneWireless™ , lead architect for Honeywell’s PlantScape Hybrid Control and SCADA System, and various TDC-3000 designs. Paul has been awarded 18 patents, with an additional 7 patent’s pending. He is 6Sigma Green Belt Certified and Rational Unified Process Trained.
